When Quantexa approached Ramotion in March 2023, they were scaling fast — expanding across global markets, launching new product verticals, and managing cross-functional growth within marketing, product, and engineering. Their branding and content strategy were strong, and their internal design and development teams were capable. But the existing website lacked the visual coherence, polish, and enterprise-grade experience their buyers had come to expect.

They needed a partner who could work alongside their internal teams, streamline execution, and deliver a scalable design system worthy of a $1.8B brand. Over a 9-month collaboration, Ramotion’s team embedded directly into Quantexa’s process – across design, development, marketing, and QA – to bring that vision to life.

Quantexa’s internal team had already laid the foundation: a complete brand identity, sitemap, content strategy, and wireframes.
But the executional gap was still wide. Their site needed to support dozens of complex pages — combining both static and dynamic content — while staying visually consistent and responsive across all devices and regions.

Meanwhile, the internal stakeholder landscape was large and layered. Multiple departments — including design, marketing, dev, and QA — operated in parallel. The challenge wasn’t just design — it was alignment.

On top of that, timing mattered. Quantexa had just raised $129M in Series E funding and was entering a new era of global visibility.

Solution

We kicked off with a collaborative visual exploration phase — aligning Quantexa’s internal design direction with our creative team.
From there, we rapidly moved into high-fidelity UI design, creating scalable, modular components and page templates that matched the sophistication of their product and storytelling needs.

• We crafted a cohesive visual language, including a full suite of custom iconography, illustrations, and motion design.

• We built design systems that supported dozens of core pages, regional variants, and marketing landing pages.

• We collaborated with Quantexa’s developers to streamline Git merge workflows, QA sprints, and handoffs.

• We supported both static and dynamic content structures — including complex blog integration and animation logic — to ensure the site could evolve with their roadmap.

Everything we designed was built with future scalability in mind, allowing Quantexa’s teams to move faster post-launch.

Outcome

The website launched in early 2024 — just as Quantexa crossed major business milestones:

• Surpassed $100M in ARR, entering Centaur status.

• Raised an additional $175M in Series F funding at a $2.6B valuation.

• Achieved >30% ARR growth in the Americas and >50% in Europe/Middle East.

• Increased average contract value by 15% YoY.

• Delivered a 228% 3-year ROI to platform customers (Forrester TEI study).

The site became a central touchpoint for communicating this growth — supporting product launches, investor visibility, and lead generation across regions. Internally, the project also helped unify teams and reduce redesign complexity, enabling a leaner, faster release pipeline for future initiatives.
