FAQ

  • Why choose Ramotion packages?

While Ramotion primarily partners with established companies and Fortune 500 brands, we receive a high volume of interest from early-stage startups. These packages were created to offer maximum value per dollar — giving startups access to the same design expertise that has helped our clients raise over $1B in funding and achieve more than $3.5B in successful exits.

  • Who are these packages for?

These packages are built for early-stage startups, SaaS companies, and B2B brands that want access to top-tier design talent — the same Ramotion team behind some of Silicon Valley’s most talked brands. They’re ideal for teams who value smart, strategic design and want to move fast without compromising on quality.

  • How does collaboration work?

We keep things lean and transparent. You’ll be added to a shared Slack channel for day-to-day communication, we hold weekly Zoom check-ins to stay aligned, and we send regular Loom video updates so you’re always in the loop — even between meetings.

  • What’s your refund policy?

We require a 50% upfront payment to kick off your project. If you decide to pause or cancel within the first week, we’ll refund the full amount minus a $5,000 USD service fee to cover the initial work and time invested. After the first week, due to the depth of involvement and resources committed, we’re unable to offer refunds.

  • Do you offer custom packages?

We do offer custom packages; however, they typically cost several times more than the options listed above. They often exceed the budget range of most early-stage startups and require a different level of scoping and collaboration.

  • Can we continue working together after launch?

Yes. Most clients move into time & material collaboration for updates, new pages, or feature support. We also offer monthly maintenance retainers if you need guaranteed availability.

  • What happens if I'm unavailable for a period of time?

If we're notified in advance, we'll adapt. However, unplanned absence during key phases (e.g. concept review) may delay delivery. If there's no communication for more than 1 week without notice, we reserve the right to treat the project as closed.

  • What if I change my mind after choosing a concept?

Selecting a direction is a critical milestone. If you want to change it after execution has started, we'll need to restart that phase or switch to a time & material format. Full direction changes are not part of the package once design implementation begins.

  • Who will work on my project? Will I interact with the team directly?

Our core team handles all pack projects — the same team behind Clearbit, Puzzle, Rizzle, Volley, and EMI Health. You'll have a dedicated project manager as your main point of contact, and we'll involve designers and developers when needed.

  • Why should I choose your team over other studios or freelancers?

Our focus is on bridging brand and product. You’ll work with a cross-functional team that designs not just beautiful visuals, but scalable systems. Our strength is turning strategy into execution — with consistency, clarity, and care. And we deliver fast, without compromising craft.
